As a member of 2 months who has participated in 88 classes in different categories (pilates, boxing, yoga, cycling, dance, etc.) from 6 different EQX locations, and optimizes their various amenities of this location (sauna, steam, pool, cold plunge, basketball court), Here is my thoughtful and honest review:: - Their variety of classes and amenities that I enjoy exploring and utilizing makes this gym a worthy investment for me. I have tried other organizations that have niche focuses, and each membership is a minimum of $100+. So when I calculate how much it would cost to be a member of each type of gym (yoga, barre, boxing), this membership price feels cost-effective for my lifestyle. - I love that they are open and offer classes every day. I am able to achieve my health goals more efficiently and I resonate with a good amount of the instructors that I have experienced, which makes my membership here more enjoyable and worth the investment. - Their cleaning staff is top-notch and work hard in the various locations that I witness them cleaning. Sports Club cleaning staff is always easy to find and they are so nice and thoughtful. When I tell them thank you for cleaning, many of them smile back which makes my day even better. ^^^ their maintain staff is so thoughtful and considerate, which is why I updated my review to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, I am truly grateful for the person I am becoming since joining Equinox. P.S. their music is the best.

The pool is either not cleaned frequently enough or has a malfunctioning filtration system, as it repeatedly becomes dirty and cloudy. I personally witnessed this issue five months ago and again yesterday (see photos below). Although it was cleaned after my initial complaint, the problem has recurred and should not have happened again. This is not what Equinox promises to its members, and not a good experience for those who joined to train in the pool.

I like this gym overall mainly for the BB court, pool, sauna, all in one place. The lobby area is great to get some work in after a workout. The location is ideal for me central to everything I do. I'll add there are always classes covering a range of workouts, yoga, swimming, etc. which I like very much. I've been a member off and on for about 10 years. I do have a few complaints that aren't trivial: The people who routinely answer the phone and work the front desk are, very often, not friendly and professional and just seem checked out. The gym equipment is not really better than many other gyms that cost significantly less. Be advised when you go as some equipment will be very crowded and it's hard to get in. Parking for those who drive, isn't ideal. I will stay here for now because the things I like outweigh what I don't like but I just wanted to offer some feedback.

Extremely terrible experience- My girlfriend and I walked up to get a tour. The reception was extremely rude and short with us. Two different people. The incident was at Saturday 1/3/2026, noon. Thank you for paying attention to this matter management. I used to be a member at Beale Street. It was kind of sad to see this type of behavior. Made me extremely uncomfortable. Won't be signing up.

This gym is enormous! They have all the latest equipment and keep this location incredibly clean. I love they have weights in 2.5lb increments (22.5lb and 27.5lb dumbbells)! It’s very spacious and the equipment is placed strategic for many types of workouts.
