Solid gym, not too crowded, but not empty. It has all the basics you need. I don’t usually have to wait long for anything. Haven’t talked to many of the people there, but they seem friendly enough.

The bench press here is made for only very tall people. This is crazy because I think the average height in sf is like 5’5. Luckily this isn’t a problem for me because I’m 6’3 (I’m also really good looking). Still I think they should look into getting a bench press that is more suitable to the local population

Pros: The staff are all nice and the regular gym goers are respectful. They also have towels which is nice as I am hella sweaty. Cons: Not enough airflow, so gets super hot and stifling even with normal mild SF weather. Having been to other locations, the Mission one is unusually sucky in this regard. I will revise the review if ownership ever fixes this 🙏 there are some other more common cons like it's small, can get crowded, but honestly the heat is the big difference between this place and other gyms in the city.

Clean, nice people, lots of equipment but the space is small. Stretching floor can be a bit crowded and many people like to do more phone sets than exercise sets so you often end up waiting for a bench. Overall, I’m enjoying my workouts.

This is my local gym and I wouldn’t change it for anything. The staff are consistently friendly, always greeting you with a smile and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
