NEVER coming back here ever again! I haven’t been to this location for about a year and a half & I was in the area…so I thought, maybe they finally fixed a few things and cleaned the place up. I was clearly wrong…it got worse. So many equipments DON’T OPERATE, more than half of them are missing the pins. A lot of cardio machines are STILL down from the last time I was here. It looks like no one even cleans this place up at all! Lockers are still broken…& the bathroom still smells foul. So unsanitary… They had to resort to some cheap fix for the pins and even some of those ones are broken. You can’t even get any workouts done unless it’s purely using the dumbbells or the squat racks. That’s it. This place used to be in much better condition. It’s sad to see that no one cares about this location anymore. I can see why it was surprisingly empty. Even when they did the “remodel” for the sauna a few years back, it literally looked like they didn’t remodel it at all. It looked like they just closed it and said “remodeling” and it still was the same. Don’t even bother coming here anymore unless you just need only dumbbells or the squat racks. If I could give this 0 stars, I would… The management here needs to step it up. Clearly nothing has been done the past few months, referring to the other 1 star bad reviews. All they can say is “sorry” and it’s not up to their “standard.” What a big disappointment.

I understand this is one of the most affordable gyms around, but that doesn’t justify the condition of the facilities. This goes beyond cleanliness and becomes a sanitation concern. The gym smells strongly of sewage, the locker room and wet areas look neglected, there is visible dirt and mold, and the sinks are clogged with standing dirty water. I would never return and would not recommend this place.

I have been to many 24 hour fitness, but wow this one takes the cake. This place is HORRENDOUS! Where do I even start. The gym is disgusting, overcrowding, and almost all the equipment is broken. I travel a lot and have been to 15+ 24 hours and can say without a doubt this one is the absolute worst I have ever seen! It's literally in a whole other league of bad. half the equipment is broken and the equipment that does work is put together with ducktap and lowes parts. If u can even get equipment (because this place is grossly overcrowded), it's at least a safety hazard. I almost never leave reviews, but I feel it would be a public disservice to not put this info out there. Loyal to 24 hour fitness forever, but will never be back to this location.

I came back to this particular location after about a year or two of being away and this gym has really gone downhill. Most of the machines and equipment don't work, when I come in there's usually no one at the front desk, the bathroom is disgusting (as usual), one of the showers constantly leaks, and there is a sign that says to make sure you take your stuff because after 24 hours, it will be removed. There is one locker that has its stuff still there weeks later. The gym isn't cheap and I'm very disappointed.

Wow; in the worst way possible. I’ve been coming to Crane Ct. for idk maybe 8 years and it has never been worse. Outside of half of the cardio equipment not functioning, has to be more than half of all the machines, for years now, YEARS, same with the weight machines…I came here to finally leave a review of the women’s restrooms. I told the staff, including the evening manager about a month ago, that something needs to be done when only 2 of the 10 stalls in the women’s restrooms are available. And by available, there’s a seat and paper … albeit disgustingly dirty. I’m here again today all to find the bathroom in even worse condition. That 2nd stall has the whole seat missing and the other is full of dirty paper, overflowing on the seat… how anyone could use the restroom without fear for their hygiene or health, is beyond me. Y’all get paid to do a job, right?! For the love of God, do it! This bathroom has been horrendous for years now, Ive seen cockroaches, sinks filled with black water, and now not 1 clean stall (out of 10) to use when working out here. Do better before yall lose more business. (Those 2 first stalls w/out out of order signs have been locked with no sign for the whole year)
