This is a wonderful place to work out! They offer a wide variety of classes on both weekdays and weekends, along with great discounts for personal training sessions. The free InBody assessment is a fantastic bonus, and the overall atmosphere is very professional. Highly recommend

The environment at this gym is very friendly, and the staff are respectful young people. However, the one thing that truly motivates me to attend the group classes is a professional instructor named Lilia Hernandez. She pays such close attention to each and every one of her students that I feel as if I am in a private session. Her discipline, combined with her warm smile and careful attention to movements and details, makes her an exceptional and inspiring coach . I highly recommend to join Lilian’s classes. I’m sure you will have an amazing experience.

Beware and stay away from this location! They just want your money. If you try and cancel membership, they will make you look like clowns. We cancelled our membership and they said we have to pay for one more additional month, we were like okay. Cancellation happened over call but they would not share the invoice with us. For you to get invoice you have to visit their location(no clue why??)..ok. Then we went to their place and asked for invoice and they were like we can’t print and we will instead email you..I was like whaaat?..Ate you guys getting fun out of torturing your own customers?? They just don’t like it you cancel your membership for whatever reason. Such a shame, I don’t recommend this place!!

Fantastic gym, great classes and workout machines. Grace at the front desk is lovely, knowledgeable and helpful about the gym, especially about the red light therapy!! Up Date: The gym is an excellent bargain, it's always clean and neat. Health and fitness is as important as food. I really enjoy my workout, also one more thing, Devin at the front desk is professional and helpful. Thank you Devin for doing a fantastic job!!

I am not a frequent member of gyms personally, vim and Vigor sanjose changed my perception. I love this gym and I would recommend this to anyone. Andres, Kyle amd Maxit are the best team anyone could work with.
