This is the second 24 hour fitness that I’ve gone in San Jose. It is so dirty. The lockers are falling apart. The bathroom is disgusting. It stinks like urine. I don’t even know when they have cleaned it maybe not for a few days. The shower is so gross I’m afraid of getting some sort of fungus from the floor is so sticky. That equipment are dirty. Majority of them are broken down. I don’t know who’s in charge of this place but they’re really gotta get their shit together !!!!!!!!!

Great place, amazing staff. Matt was so friendly and really helpful taking his time to explain and help us with what we needed. I could tell he was very liked by all the people that came into the gym. Looking forward to working out here.

I’m giving this place a 5 star based on the customer service I received when I came in today to do a tour of the gym. Rob was happy to show us around and give us information about that location. My husband and I ended up signing up and Rob gave us a nice deal! As for the facility, I have not worked out here yet. It was pretty busy when I went in but there seemed to be a lot of every machine, and it didn’t seem like anyone was waiting to use any machines.

I’ve been a member of this gym since January, and I’m extremely disappointed. There has been a persistent, awful smell coming from one of the restrooms that has not been working, and nothing has been done to fix it. The equipment is another major issue—there are over 11 StairMasters, yet only 4 have been functional since I joined. This creates long wait times, which is frustrating, especially for those of us on a tight schedule before work. Today was the worst experience yet. In the locker room, sewage was backing up, and there was stuff that looked like feces coming out of the drains. The shower drains are completely clogged, forcing people to stand in dirty water while showering. I had no choice but to take a shower because I had to get ready for work, but by the time I was done, I had a headache from the horrible smell. Where is our membership money going? Basic hygiene and maintenance should be a priority. Please fix these issues immediately!

The cleanliness and upkeep could be improved, and acquiring better equipment. The bathrooms are gross, even though the cleaning crew cleans it every time I come in. On the weekends the trash is overflowing like no one empties it. I saw a roach once by the front desk (keep your bags zipped). There are not enough dumbbells- they’re always misplaced and missing the other pair. The weight plates are literally falling apart. Equipment is always out of service or in poor condition. I do also wish their machines out front had better organization, you have to walk through each row to see what you want to use.. it’s all over the place. I hardly ever see anyone re-racking their weights or wiping equipment down after use- it’s gross and lacks basic gym goer courtesy.
