I can honestly say this has been the single worst purchasing experience I’ve ever had with fitness equipment when buying their FTS2 Rack. Elite Pro Fitness Equipment in California is an absolute nightmare to deal with. First, I was promised delivery in 7 weeks when ordering in May. It took 3 months before the order finally arrived. When it did, the packaging was atrocious—parts were broken right out of the box. On top of that, the wrong jammer arm handle was shipped. When I finally received a replacement, it was once again the wrong handle, this time in a completely different color! And to add insult to injury, I was told it would take yet another two months before I could get the correct part. Almost 6 months now and still do not have the correct handle for my rack which I ordered back in May and assume I will never get it and they refuse to answer or correct the situation. Customer service is non-existent. Mike, who supposedly handles the sales for this rack, simply ignores messages and provides nothing but excuses for why they can’t complete an order. This company is the definition of incompetence and indifference. Late shipping, wrong parts (twice) and still don’t have the correct part almost 6 months later, and zero accountability. I would strongly recommend avoiding Elite Pro Fitness Equipment at all costs. Spend your money elsewhere, ANYWHERE but here, because dealing with this level of unprofessionalism simply isn’t worth it. Not for the price you pay

I got a very good workout, better than what I expected. The equipment was in good shape and they had some machines Ive never seen or used before. The trainer was very knowledgeable and since I was new he helped me along the way to ensure I was doing all the exercises correctly. Clean gym!!!

At Elitepro, you'll find a clean and organized gym. Personal and encouraging coaches who create a welcoming environment. Coach Chely's classes are always engaging as they are never the same and full of energy. She motivated me to enroll in the 6-week gym fitness challenge . With her guidance, though out the challenge, I hit my weight goal. I have definitely found my forever gym.

Elite Pro Fitness has been one of the most frustrating companies I’ve ever dealt with. After purchasing equipment with a promised timeline, delivery was pushed back over and over again. Excuses changed, deadlines meant nothing, and communication was consistently poor. I jumped through hoops for days for a Black Friday price adjustment, although we made our purchase in August- yet were still waiting. At this point, it feels like they’re either wildly disorganized or intentionally misleading customers to secure sales. Customer service is slow, dismissive, and offers zero accountability. If you value your time, money, or sanity, do not order from this company. There are far too many reliable fitness brands out there to deal with this level of incompetence.
