This gym is one of the best gyms I've signed up for. In my personal opnion it is better than some b9hger chain gyms I've signed up for. State of the art equipment, clean showers. Smaller gym, 24 hours and app access is top notch.

This gym is amazing! The place is always clean and rarely crowded. Even when it was busy, I didn’t really ever have to wait for a machine. Michael, the owner, is also very kind, knowledgeable, and supportive! I took a few personal training sessions with him, and he really helped jumpstart my fitness journey! I hardly knew what any of the machines did, and I appreciated that he would take the time to explain to me how each one worked and what muscles I would be targeting with each exercise. I’m very thankful for Michael and the welcoming environment at this gym!

This is an excellent neighborhood gym and anyone from experienced weight lifters to novices will feel welcome. The owner and trainers are knowledgeable and share easy to understand training tips. There is a better selection of power racks, dumbbells, barbells, cables, benches etc than at some larger commerical gyms. In addition there are machines, cardio and functional fitness equipment. It is rare to wait for equipment here, even at peak times. Note this a gym not an athletic club so don't expect a juice bar, steam room, swimming pool or pickleball courts lol. On the other hand you will find friendly clients, 24/7 access, very reasonable rates for membership and training and character that is missing from a lot of cookie cutter corporate gyms. Bonus, there is Vietnamese, Japanese and Dutch-Indonesian cuisine in the same strip mall. Double Bonus, look out for the Mayan revival relief designs on the building. Triple Bonus, you can take daily selfies with a poster of Kurt Angle to keep track of your visits.

This is a great gym if you're looking to seriously work out. The 7 days, 24-hour access is tremendously convenient as if having your own gym. The owner and staff are very attentive to your needs and are very caring. The no contract commitment and setup fees are additional incentives for joining this gym.

An excellent 24-hour keycard access gym with owners who truly care about each member’s needs. Mike (owner) also doubles as a certified personal trainer and can customize a plan to fit your goals. Very knowledgeable. Machines in this facility also have QR codes to which you can scan and learn how to properly use each machine with a video walkthrough. Very helpful. A great new addition to South San Jose. Highly recommend!
