I was visiting Denver and decided to come here to do a few workouts. The team working there is incredibly friendly, on the 2nd day I was greeted by my first name - lovely especially when you are a tourist in their town. Great gym, a lot of equipment considering the location and size. Thanks for all the help! ❤️

Joining this gym has been a great decision for my fitness journey. The facility is clean, spacious, and equipped with a wide variety of modern machines suitable for all workout styles. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive, always ready to guide and correct techniques to prevent injuries. I enjoy the positive and energetic atmosphere, which keeps me motivated to stay consistent. The gym is well-managed, and even during busy hours, it remains comfortable to train. This gym is so well placed downtown it’s easy to walk to from any city centre hotel. It’s incredibly well equipped, clean and the members are really friendly. I bought a week pass and it’s insane value, there’s no weights equipment I missed and there’s so many options for basically any work you want to do. Free weights and machines are clean and well maintained - with good spacing too. Cardio kit works well and isn’t shoved in a corner, it’s a cool gym. Owner Sean communicates well and clearly cares about his facility and members. If I’m back in Denver, I’ll be back here!

This gym gets the job done however, there are a few missing pieces of equipment they could easily add that would make it outstanding... Hip thrust machine, better benches (they are old and heavy), and a Hack squat. Overall, the people are super friendly and it's always clean. I really enjoy this place, but wish they would make a few small tweaks to make the place next level.
