Been going here for a year now, after trying a ton of other locations. By far the cleanest gym in town. A bit small, but never so busy that I can't get onto at least something productive. Friendly staff, solid culture of cleanliness and respect from the gym-goers too.

The classes on the app are often unreliable (for example, the schedule for tomorrow has a class with an instructor who doesn’t work there anymore) and the app enrollment only sometimes works. Besides that it’s a good gym

I really enjoyed this facility! Even though it’s smaller and cozy, it has everything you need. The layout and ambience make it feel surprisingly spacious. There’s a great variety of cardio machines, weights, and weight machines to choose from. I also loved that they offer health drinks and snacks up front, super convenient. Overall, I had a great experience here and can definitely see myself coming back in the future! My only small note would be that the staff’s energy could be a touch warmer, but everything else was wonderful.

I’ve been going to Denver Gym & Fitness and working with my trainer, Rob, for a few months now, and I only have great things to say about this place. I go 3-4 times a week and there’s hardly ever any equipment broken, it always feels clean and welcoming, and I love going in and being greeted by name. Other gym members have been polite and respectful, it’s a pretty non-intimidating environment. The gym also offers an InBody machine, nutrition consults, and they send emails with tips that are actually helpful. This place has everything I need, and I’ve been making great progress towards my goals. Rob is very knowledgeable about training and gaining muscle, and pushes me enough to get the best results. Well worth the money, in my opinion.

I've been coming here to work out for around a year and it's been great! Definitely one of the best gyms I've ever used. The staff + trainers are all friendly, the equipment is all clean + well-maintained, there's a good variety of machines + equipment, and is never too busy (at least in the mornings when I go lol). Only minor complaint is like others mentioned, there's two squat racks so can be a bit of wait time to use them.
