The AI training is impressive! I love how the app tells you what “bio age” your body is. It’s motivating to see yourself get stronger over time. Also the amenities feel like a boutique studio. The showers are always spotless and as a runner I love the leg compression recovery sleeves. Highly recommend this gym!

The machines are the best. They are high tech. It's like having your own personal trainer. They guide you on how to do the exercises correctly. Also, they automatically adjust the weight and seating position for you. They even have a recovery room (including a sauna). Open 24 hours. The staff (Dana, Bridget, and Chris) did a great job with all the improvements made over the last few months.

Take it from someone who has been intimidated by the classic weight room their entire life... this is the answer to being comfortable and confident on the gym floor. The modern machines are approachable, intuitive, and fun. Seeing your progress in real-time and having the guesswork and confusion removed from the equation simplifies and motivates your fitness journey.

I LOVE this place! The AI centered workouts take the guess work out of fitness programming. You just input your goals and everything auto calculates for you, from machines, to reps to weights. Also- love the location; right near Union station and across from Whole Foods so it’s the perfect spot to do all the things. The staff is also always available and super friendly- you don’t feel intimidated walking in. And finally- it’s super clean and there are showers and a nice locker room. I feel comfortable and safe while there.

“Large dog cremation was handled with professionalism and dignity. Staff guided us through the process, answered all our questions, and offered helpful suggestions for memorial options. They returned our dog’s ashes quickly and respectfully. I couldn’t have asked for better care.”
