I did the 2 week trial with FITC Golden Triangle and was really happy to quickly find a new gym “home” in Denver. After my 2 week trial I quickly purchased a full membership. This gym is filled with kind people, good trainers and classes all in a non-pretentious and welcoming space. I have already brought in a friend who also immediately loved FITC. The variety of classes are really nice, there is something for everyone here! Looking forward to seeing my transformation over the course of the next year!

Excellent gym with modern equipment and a clean, comfortable environment. The staff is friendly and the trainers are knowledgeable and supportive. It’s a great place to stay motivated and achieve fitness goals. I’m very satisfied with the facilities and overall experience. Definitely recommended!

Great coaches, great variety in programming, in a great location in Golden Triangle. Facilities are also solid - showers, locker room, water bottle filler, cubbies. Shout out Stefan and Neil!

I recently completed my 15th class with Fitness in the City! Over the past month I’ve benefited from the encouraging trainers, wide range of classes, and accountability from other participants. Looking forward to a FIT 2026!!

Very friendly instructors and overall great energy! I like that you spend the first five minutes or so truly stretching before strength training. Could I do it myself at the gym? Maybe. But I get a good playlist without headphones on, community, a great fitness room, accountability, and an instructor available to ask questions when I don’t know how to optimally do the exercise. Definitely worth the investment. Added bonus that you get 4 each of high ride spin and river yoga classes if you have a particular monthly membership. Thank you FITC.
