It’s a great environment to get some work done the staff great share with respect from familiar faces to newbies. Been in this environment have to grow mentally and physically everyone gets along. There’s never no confusion it’s like family every visit Bailey’s fitness gymnasium is something big and I can see you getting bigger #CHUZEMEMBER

Plus: 1: this location doesn’t smell bad like the other closest location. 2: it has a lot of equipment in a small space Negative: 1: multiple machines are always broken 2: the check in gate is broken a lot! 3: you will be filmed on someone else’s phone or video camera, a lot. Like 3x per visit 4: staff does not protect rights of other people by enforcing rules posted all over the walls. ( they insist YOU point out and take them to persons obviously breaking rules for CONFRONTATION tattle telling). The 4 staff( I can see) to 15 members on the floor ratio doesn’t matter. They can’t see anything that’s not behind the desk or on their phone 5: the bathrooms are nasty 6: all the employees behind the desk cannot and will not make you a smoothly from the menu and advertising. Because they don’t know how. Only 1 employee has been educated on the task in over a year. 7: the employees will violate your privacy by calling you during your working hours and insist you call back during your personal time to talk about their issues with a complaint about violating you personal privacy 8: There is no security, supervision, nothing after OFFICE HOURS This means people jump over the rail, steal stuff, shower, anything you can imagine. AND it’s your responsibility as a member to report them or else your membership is in jeopardy. Ask me about my emails! 9: It’s hot. Like all the time. Even in the winter I felt like they put the heat on. T his gym wants you to be uncomfortable. THEY HAD NO AC FOR THE WHOLE SUMMER (still got charged the same) 10: it’s not in your contract, but. This gym now RECORDS and REVIEWS ALL the footage of you working out. INCLUDING SOUND. Thought that was illegal without posted notification. But what do I know? Hope this review gives a realistic view, negative and positive AND NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND JOINING THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE!

I’ve been here a couple of times, & truthfully, the gym itself is not very good. Non working equipment, the gym is Small, & No A/C. It’s very overly priced for very little. Ironically it was a better gym when it was a Bailey's.

Tl;dr: Be careful not to disagree with the power tripping manager. My response to chuze's comment: Right, and I immediately took my tripod down and was calm and respectful, so what exactly was the reason for you revoking my membership? Long version: I picked a secluded corner to practice dancing so I wouldn't bother anyone. I had my phone on a tripod to follow along with tutorials and record my steps (since it was a secluded corner there were no mirrors) The manager came up and told me policy stated I could not have the tripod. I immediately took my tripod down and tried calmly negotiating for a solution that worked for everyone. Something that allowed me to have my phone setup to watch the videos and was also not against the policy as written. She insisted she was going to do whatever her higher ups told her, not what the policy said, and offered to adjust my membership if it was an issue. She asked if I wanted her to reach out to upper management to clarify what was allowed. I did. After my family finished with their workouts we went to clarify what "adjusting the membership" meant. I asked if it meant we could get refunded and just go our separate ways. She said no for the rest of my family but that she would cancel mine. I told her no, if it didn't apply to them I didn't want to cancel. She said she would be canceling mine regardless. She revoked my membership with no refund and banned me from the location. Throughout the interaction I was calm and respectful.

The facility is clean and not crowded, I’m able to get my workout in and hit the sauna with no problem. I haven’t used the massage chair yet but I’m looking forward to it. I noticed people are not holding up the machine everyone is getting their workout in. Great place
