I joined this gym online last night and found it very easy to sign up online. I came in this morning and was greeted by Austin at the front desk who was very professional, friendly, and helpful. He gave me the complete rundown on everything my membership offered and was very thorough and complete in helping me get adapted to the gym. A girl named Riley was also at the front desk and was also very friendly and personable. What a great welcome by the two of them which I really appreciate very much as a restart my fitness journey. Very encouraged and motivated after the great welcome I got from both of them today! The gym is so big and offers so much equipment and other services. An awesome first impression for sure! A job well done! Highly recommend!

I had been told to hit the St. John's bluff location for some time, and finally got around to it. I think, so far, this may be the best of all the locations. I like how the machines are laid out on the floor in sections, complementing each other. Some of the machines in there, like the Hammer Strength plate-loaded dip machine, are hard to come by in this town, so that's a game-changer. That, along with all of your plate-loaded back machines, is perfect. The leg room with the pit shark facing the wall is ideal because that's where you're really going to need to lock in and focus. If I had to give any critique, it would be that there may need to be more weights on the dumbbell rack between 10s and 30s. I feel like that's where a lot of people fall into with smaller muscle groups and accessory work. Other than that, though, the gym is the closest to having more "boutique" or specialty pieces besides Iron Horse Gym in Jax. I will definitely be coming to this gym on my off days to spend as much time as possible. I definitely had a good time and a good gym session the day I went. I hit all upper body, chest, back, shoulders, and arms, and I walked out with a great pump

I like the equipment and how friendly the staff is here, that’s it. The place is filthy, the toilets are always clogged or just messy, usually both. Since day 1 I’ve never seen the sauna clean. Except for maybe 2 times and that did not include under the benches. (Idk what growing under the benches, but I feel like it might either be flesh eating or the leftovers of a crime scene. As far as the showers go, they are beyond filthy, there are flies everywhere and if you’re taking anything longer than a 2 minute shower then the water will rise and you’ll be in a kiddie pool. Btw the shower floors are disgusting. I would be lying if I said that this place is anything short of a health hazard. And honestly I can’t even blame the poor cleaning lady, she is only allowed 1 hour in the men’s locker room to clean what should take 5 hours plus maintenance once every 2 hours at minimum. If this place wasn’t so close to my house I’d literally be going anywhere but here. Btw the only reason I gave this place 2 stars is for the hard work the poor cleaning lady does, the friendliness of some of the staff, and the variety of equipment that are here. Please do better as you have vowed on your big poster. P.S. the flies source is in the tile ceiling or the drains. 4 July 2025 Edit: the place has gotten arguably worse. Now the trash is getting thrown into the showers and the staff seems depressed or just don’t wana smile. Honestly at this point, just lower the monthly payments and let us take care of the place instead. This is truly embarrassing and I whole heartedly hope this place improves one way or another, especially since most people are locked in here for a year or the remainder of the year. Please do better.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, I came in for recovery and had never been to the location. I want to say I was greeted by a young lady named Sophia who gave me a tour of the recovery area and helped me feel right at home. 10 out of 10 for sure.

Let me start off by saying this location is amazing! The equipment is well maintained and the locker room is clean. Another plus to this location is its recovery area. Red light therapy is healing to sore muscles and wonderful for your skin. As far as the gym itself goes, this is it. So, why did I only give 4 stars instead of 5? This really has nothing to do with the gym, it’s the people. Some of us don’t have the luxury of just hanging out at the gym. I try to maximize my 90 minutes 4 times weekly, but the amount of people sitting on machines with no intent except for death scrolling on their cellphones makes that goal a challenge! Again, it’s people, not the gym.
