Love Crunch Fitness Regency Park. Especially my personal trainer Jaz. She pushes and motivates me. The gym is always clean, staff are friendly & helpful. Anytime an equipment is not working. It usually gets fixed right away. My spouse & I have been here for almost 2 years & there's no better gym in Jacksonville. It's CRUNCH Time

Crunch Regency Park is hands down the best gym experience I’ve had in Jacksonville, and I actually look forward to working out. The club is spotless, the equipment is always in great shape, and there’s an awesome variety of machines and classes so I never get bored. The management team Danica, Keith L, and Jean, go above and beyond every single day and truly make this place feel like a community, not just a gym. They are welcoming, knowledgeable, and proactive about keeping everything running smoothly, which shows in the positive, high- energy atmosphere from open to close. If you’re looking for a clean, friendly, and genuinely motivating place to work out, Crunch Regency Park is absolutely the spot.

This is a good gym! It’s very clean and the staff is nice! We usually come at 4:45 AM so it’s never crowded in here! My BIGGEST Complaint about the gym is the sauna! The sauna is never hot enough! Whether it’s 5 am or 9am, the sauna is never hot enough! You typically have to be in the sauna for 20 minutes before you break a sweat! I hope this would be fixed ASAP! Also, it’s almost always FREEZING cold in here! You will need a sweater for sure! Maybe this will change in the fall/winter.

Crunch hospitality is unmatched!! Jazmin S, my personal trainer, has provided so much insight on the ins and outs of fitness. She's great at customizating a fitness and nutrition plan to each trainee. Doesn't hesitate to correct form with her "squeeze" , "pause" and "hold" formula. Jazmin is an expert at holding you accountable and giving you that extra push. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a life transformation. Its CRUNCH time!!

I used to love the facility & most of the front desk people are nice & greet you with a smile however the management has gone downhill “the manager” Danica is very unprofessional & does not have good problem solving skills , all she will try to do is give away a free month or so & is also I’ve witness fraternizing with the trainers while married , not a good look for the gym whatsoever. However if you like a little drama with your work out this is the place for you definitely!
