Fantastic Gym 💪🏻 New in town and checking out gyms and this one checks the boxes. Free weights, machines, clean, super staff, etc. Large weight room with several specialty fitness rooms as a bonus. This isn't a country club, but rather a solid gym and fitness facility. Justin was great and the membership options are reasonable and generous at the same time.

This gym is a great place for maintaining fitness and building a healthy routine. It has a wide range of modern equipment that is always clean, well-maintained, and suitable for all workout levels. The trainers are friendly, experienced, and always ready to guide members with proper techniques and motivation. I really like the clean and organized environment, which makes exercising comfortable and enjoyable. The atmosphere is energetic and helps me stay consistent with my fitness goals. It’s also not overcrowded, so workouts feel smooth even during peak hours. Overall, a very good gym that offers great value for money.

Roberto and crew hands down have one of the best gyms in Jax. I have been doing personal training because frankly I have no idea what I’m doing. I have learned a lot. The gym has many areas to work out in so if you’re anything like me and still totally embarrassed by something you can go workout off the main floor. I know any time I come in, I can ask anyone for help. No matter who is in the gym there’s no judgment because we are all there for the same thing. When my personal training is up, I am confident I can go in and ask for help with anything. The culture and environment that has been cultivated is what sets Flex apart from every other gym in the area.

One of the sickest gyms in Jax, super cool owner and crazy unique equipment. The gym feels like a community compared to commercial gyms. They’re also actively upgrading so it’s just going to get better and better.

Five stars all day. Roberto and the crew make this place feel like a real community. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and consistent, and they bring great energy every time you walk in. They always have a smile and they are always willing to help or give advice that actually makes a difference. What I appreciate most is how approachable they are. Whether it is form, training tips, or just a little extra encouragement on a tough day, they are there. It is the kind of supportive environment that keeps you motivated and helps you stay locked in. You can tell they genuinely care about people and want everyone to improve at their own pace. Great vibes, great coaching, and a team that makes you want to keep showing up. I highly recommend Roberto and the entire crew to anyone looking for a positive, welcoming, and motivating place to train.
