Planet Fitness is what keeps me refreshed and grounded while on tour. A black card membership gets me into any location so as a consequence of touring, I'm also touring Planet Fitness locations. Each one has their own nuances and offers different amenities. Here's what I found at this location: This location is well maintained and clean. They have the wellness pod but it's not currently operational. There is also the lay down and standing tanning beds, as well as the hybrid lay down bed. Total Body Enhancement, massage chairs, and hydro lounges are also available. The spa also has a sitting area. The locker room was well kept. The water in the shower was significantly cooler than other locations. The staff here during my visit were very kind. It wasn't busy at all during my visit. Overall I felt good to be here. I'm grateful to have a safe place to relax (massages after walking all day carrying equipment is huge) and get ready for my next show. Thanks for keeping me ready and healthy, Planet Fitness

This is the cleanest and largest gym in the city of Jacksonville, there are many exercise equipment, there is no garbage or dirt anywhere! Very attentive staff, while I was taking care of my health, the staff were constantly cleaning the territory of this center! Great spa area for black card holders! The general manager needs to issue a bonus to employees who worked on May 9, 2024 at 11 pm for excellent work!!! The manager would do well to think about installing a weighing station to monitor clients' weight before and after exercise👌 Best offer, only 5 stars

Update 4/7/26: Very nice facility with no issues so far for 4 months now as a Black Card member. The massage chairs are much better than the ones on Dunn Ave. I Also want to recognize staff member James, who usually works the late night shift. He’s the only employee here who always goes above and beyond to accommodate me and make my experience a great one at the Norwood PF. James is also the friendliest and outgoing employee. The other staff members here are not as friendly and accommodating but I don’t let that affect how I feel about this location. I still rate 5 stars. This Planet Fitness is also less crowded than Dunn and just as clean, and men’s restroom is bigger and has more stalls than Dunn Ave. I have the luxury of living very close to the Dunn and Norwood locations and I enjoy both facilities.

I feel like a beast. I am a beast. I am a beast in an underdogs body. Planet🌍🌍🌍 Fitness is on point and so are the team members. Great attitudes and truly do keep the place up clean and tidy. 904 NOOORRRRWWOOOOOOD.
