I try the Jiu jitsu class, was awesome. The gym is big, 4 floors to go wild working out. I saw people doing Zumba on the first floor.

I had an amazing experience at City Zero in Miami! The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and the attention to detail really stood out. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. Everything was well organized, clean, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell that a lot of care and passion goes into what they do. I especially appreciated how smooth and stress-free the experience was from start to finish. I would highly recommend City Zero to anyone visiting Miami. It’s definitely a place I would love to come back to!

Patrizia is the definition of an outstanding coach! Her classes are packed with energy, motivation, and variety. Every session feels powerful and fun, and I really appreciate how she gives different options so everyone, no matter their level, can get the most out of the workout. She pushes you while still making it enjoyable, and you always leave feeling accomplished and stronger. City Zero Gym is lucky to have her! On top of that, the entire team is amazing. Santiago at the front desk always greets you with a smile and top-notch service, making the whole experience even better. The combination of incredible staff and top-quality classes makes City Zero stand out as one of the best gyms in Miami. If you want workouts that are full of energy and results, Patrizia’s classes are the place to be! 💪🔥

City Zero is truly one of my favorite places in the world. The top-notch facilities, modern equipment, and spacious areas for a wide variety of exercises make it stand out as my go-to gym. The instructors are not only wonderful but also professional and dedicated, always offering guidance and support. The sense of community at City Zero is fantastic, creating a welcoming and motivating atmosphere for all members. Thanks to my experience here, I was inspired to become a Zumba certified instructor, and I absolutely love it! I highly recommend City Zero to anyone seeking an exceptional gym experience.

When I booked 2 tickets for two upcoming zumba events that this gym is hosting, the information leading up to paying stated I could cancel anytime, so I can free up my space for someone else. NO mention that I wouldn't get my money back! I'm unable to attend both zumba events in March for personal matters, so I canceled only to find out they are keeping my money. I called the gym to speak with a manager, and she explained because these are special events they can't give me money back. That's unfair, especially because those details were not given to me before purchasing the tickets. Not only will I not get my money back, but I can't even give my tickets to someone else to take my slot. Which means they will keep my money and resale my tickets to someone else at full price. They only offered 1 credit to take 1 class (mind you I paid for 2 classes) and I have to use it within a month. I don't live near Miami. How is this ok? I can't go to both events and they get to keep my money. This gym needs to provide better information as to the rules of purchasing tickets for "special events" moving forward. Especially if the rules are different from purchasing one of the regular classes at this gym. To not be understanding with my situation and just basically say too bad to a customer is not a good reflection on how this gym does business.
