Gio is very professional and has the ability to motivate and inspire his clients. He also has a deep understanding of exercise science to create a safe and effective routine. I love this place and would highly recommend it.

They also go by Fit Avenue 305 and 8Club gym on ClassPass. They have decent workouts but do not have their act together. Instructors are often late, etc. Twice I’ve gone in and was not able to get a workout in do to a no-show. Do not recommend and unlikely to return again

Training here is great, it has an amazing vibe overall, group classes all day long and great coaches. The only reason why I don’t give it a 5 star review is because the way I’ve been treated by the staff when I order a drink or ask a question. It’s only with the girl in the front desk who seems to be always mad and replies to me “you need to tell me beforehand” when I order a protein shake after my workout, I don’t read anywhere that drinks have to be ordered in advance? Business owners need to be checking in this too because this attitude to a client is just unacceptable.

I went to a class there. The music was extremely loud. I mentioned it to one employee who did nothing. I will not go back.
