Is this the sexiest gym in Miami? It’s the only one I’ve been to;but it’s pretty damned sexy!!! Amazing array of equipment & if you want to film yourself … an impressive assortment of selfie sticks. The staff were beautiful people inside and out. 😍love it, love it, love it 🥰

Really nice gym! The woman working the front desk in weekday mornings is the absolute best gym attendant I have seen anywhere. If she isn’t needed at the front desk, she’s immediately restocking cleaning wipes, organizing weights, and putting away accessories. Leveling up to include cold, lightly scented towels would be really appreciated. Given everything else here, towels would seem to fit.

Really loved it! Was welcomed with a warm smile by Patri who helped me get a day pass for this gym. The gym itself is amazing, great machines, clean, good music and not over crowded. Thank you to Carmen as well for helping me out when I was lost since I don’t know how to use most of these machines 😅. Will be going back.

Beautiful and clean atmosphere. Love the vibe, the music. Everything was great! Love the keychains they sell, bought a good amount for gifts. Patri was excellent, her service and kindness was what we need everywhere! She went above and beyond for us with her customer service. Check out this gym!!!!

I’ve been to a lot of gyms and hold memberships around town but this gym truly stands out. The facility is always clean, well-organized, and has everything you need for a great workout—whether you’re lifting, doing cardio, or just getting started on your fitness journey. What really makes this place special, though, is the staff—especially Patricia. She goes above and beyond every time I’m there. Patricia is incredible, approachable, and genuinely cares about helping people improve. Whether she is helping you out with a lift or working behind the desk she keeps the energy positive, and greets everyone with a smile, she creates an environment that makes you actually want to come back. It’s rare to find a gym where you feel both motivated and comfortable, but thanks to Patricia and the rest of the team, this place nails it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive and high-quality fitness environment.💪🏻💪🏻
