if you’re looking for a gym, go anywhere.. if you’re looking for friendly trainers and community, clean amazing equipments, and excellent service come here. It’s been the best thing about my visit to miami. I am obsessed with the aesthetic. The outside area is STUNNING 10/10 recommend. only negative is there’s only one location. there should be liek 15 of them

I love Omega. I’ve been here for 4 months now and it’s the best gym in Miami. Elly and Trey at the front desk are always so nice and Keith is the best when i have questions about my membership. They have all brand new panatta machines and it’s always very clean. Its the only gym i’ve been to with an outdoor workout area.

I want to give a shoutout to Sawdah for the excellent service at the gym. She is always professional, welcoming, and attentive to members. Every interaction with her has been positive she takes the time to help, answers questions clearly, and makes the environment feel organized and comfortable. Staff like Sawdah genuinely improve the gym experience. Her attitude and work ethic don’t go unnoticed, and she represents the facility very well.

I had such a great first experience at Omega Gym, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Sawdah! From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly welcoming and made us feel comfortable right away. We actually ran to the gym, and her and another gym representative went above and beyond by offering us cold towels, which was such a thoughtful touch and honestly made a big difference. Her energy, kindness, and attentiveness really stood out and set the tone for a positive workout. You can tell she genuinely cares about the members and creating a great environment. Thank you, Sawdah, for making my first visit such an amazing one I’ll definitely be back!

Gym was amazing, Meagan was super helpful getting my membership started, the whole staff made me feel very welcome. Don’t forget the smoothie bar, the best smoothies!
