This planet is one of the most amazing places I've ever come to. Steph and Iris are great at costumer service and they tried their very best to maintain the gym organize and clean. It will be wonderful if members will keep organize as well and don’t be inconsiderate. But overall nice place.

Smaller than Allapatha location, but still good. Clean. Staff always attentive. For what you need it for it’s is efficient.

This gym markets itself as a 24-hour facility, open Monday through Thursday; however, there was absolutely no staff member available when I arrived tonight. I pay specifically for these services and facilities—including the massage area—yet I was unable to use them because there was no one there to assist me. Charging users for a "24-hour" experience while leaving members unattended is unacceptable and misleading. It is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I waited for over 10 minutes; this is unacceptable.

After parking and finishing the conversation with my wife, not even 60 seconds after. Some guy taps on my window to tell me I have to go inside and I can’t talk on the phone in the lot. Then says if I don’t move I’ll be towed. The sign says 2 hour parking. A parking lot hawk threatening me was not how I wanted to start the day. After talking to other members it seems like this is owner driven.

I’m glad they have normal shower heads instead of prison showers.😂 They have plenty of glute machines AND 2 barbell platforms. 🤩 They also have a deadlift/Lunge machine (hold the handles instead of loading a barbell). I was about to cancel my membership because most Planet Fitness locations don’t have Barbell platforms. But they saved the day! Parking is scarce at night.
