I enjoy this gym. Clean and comfortable- I’m able to get in a work out after work (I’m a 9-5er). It’s expensive but I prefer it for the space and ability to work out in peace. Only downside is people coming in are lazy and leave their plates everywhere.. guess their moms clean up their plates after their work outs at home…que mal educados!

I have a few complaints, music WAY TOO LOUD (reggaeton music, etc), update the lockers (rusty and broken), update gym equipment (rusty and in poor conditions), and bring back the towels. Turn on the neon lights like before and you’re looking at a great gym. So far the staff has been cool. Also, WOMEN (even staff) shouldn’t be allowed in Men’s restrooms. You barely hear them when they alert us they’re coming inside. It discourages me from changing or using the sauna. Women gossip a lot. I don’t like rumors. My confidence isn’t that great. And NO, I’m not a sexist, I have A LOT of WOMEN in my family. I know how they are. Trust me.

I couldn’t find the gym immediately, because Google Maps takes you to the hotel next door, but after walking around a bit, you find it by going up these stairs on the left side of the hotel. This is a cute gym spot. You definitely feel the Miami heat inside, but it makes the workout so much better, if you ask me. They have a good variety of different machines you can use. I was only there for one visit, but will definitely come back again, once I’m in town!

The gym is amazing! Very well equipped, nice classes with Paulo and other trainers! Richard, the owner, is super nice and helpful. All front desk personnel are helpful and very nice ass well. Big thank you to Carmen and Daniela for always smiling and helping out. The best gym music award goes to the new member of the team, Andres 💪
