I've never had the discipline or confidence to regularly go to a gym until I signed up at Fit Results. The semi-private training has been absolutely game changing for me. They handle everything and you just gotta show up. This is it!!! All the coaches here are the most friendly, patient, and energy filled people, always making sure you're trying your best and feeling good. The atmosphere here is excellent, always filled with excitement. This is a place that has momentum and makes it easy to keep coming back to. And I think that's the best praise I can give to a gym. Well worth the cost.

I’ve been a proud member of Fit Results for almost eight years, and it is truly unlike any gym I’ve ever experienced. It feels more like a supportive community than a gym—the coaches know every member by name and genuinely care about your success. The classes are amazing, the personal training is top-notch, and the atmosphere is incredibly motivating. I can’t recommend joining Fit Results enough! 💪

I’ve been going to this gym for about 3 months so I feel like I can finally give an honest review. I love this gym. I wanted a gym where I could get to know the trainers and other folks in the class. Fit results delivered! I am getting stronger with every class and really enjoy the trainers. I frequent Ronica’s classes and she really takes the time to help you on your form. I never used a barbell before but I feel like a pro now thanks to her! If you’re looking for a judgement free community, I highly recommend Fit Results!

I went searching for a home gym in May of 2025. I was looking to take classes throughout any time of the day that would fit my schedule, and to train with fitness coaches that knew what they were doing. I felt like Fit Results was the right gym for me after I gave them a trial run, and since being here I've learned various techniques about form, weight lifting and even how to stretch out certain areas. I love that the routines are not the same, as I tend to get board with repetitive exercises, and I noticed results after 3 months of consistency. If you're looking for a gym that has that close knit environment, and where you're actually going to get real results out of it along with the help that needed, I recommend this gym.

Fitresults is more than a gym, it’s a community. The coaches and the coachees create the most supportive, motivating environment you can have. The pre designed workouts enable you to come to the gym and not worry about planning your workouts. They design the schedule in a way to be flexible yet allowing you to get a full body workout through the duration of the week. The coaches are constantly walking around correcting your movements and technique to ensure you do not get injured and so that you are maximizing your results. Love this place, after 4 years of hating working out and going through a gym hiatus, this community got me back in and going. If you’re struggling in your fitness journey, this will be the full encompassing team to help you succeed.
