Amazing gym! Amazing atmosphere. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new gym. Sean, and all the other trainers do a great job of tailoring a workout to where you currently are on your fitness journey.

Been hittin' up Phenomenal Fitness in the South Loop, and lemme tell ya—it’s the real deal. Sean and the crew make you feel like fam from day one. The trainers actually listen and tailor workouts to YOU. It's not just about gettin' swole; it's about feelin' good and stayin' healthy. Place is always clean, vibe is on point, and the energy? I recently started working out at Phenomenal Fitness (PF). PF has a different feel than the big box chain health clubs. I enjoy the friendly collaborative vibe at PF. People are there for individualized expert instruction of the highest caliber, not to see or to be seen. PF does not disappoint. It is a great facility. They have every type of exercise equipment imaginable. However, their calling card is individualized instruction from their team of experienced personal trainers. The owners of PF are both deeply experienced personal trainers who are hands-on in the success of every member of the club. Everyone who trains at PF is serious about improving their health and fitness. If you are looking for a no-nonsense place to pursue your fitness journey, I highly recommend Phenomenal Fitness!

The best private & semi-private training gym I’ve ever been to. The customer service is top tier. Every time I come in I’m greeted by name by multiple people. The community here is so warm and inviting. The owner Sean has created a beautiful atmosphere. The gym is very clean. It has an infared sauna, 2 showers, and every piece of equipment you need. The trainers are great. I highly recommend Cam and his Bootcamp (my trainer there!). Cam knows his stuff and is so creative with his workouts. His energy is top tier. No matter what he has going on, he shows up with a positive energy that radiates. He’s very reliable and punctual. I’ve trained with Sean before too and really enjoyed his style of training. He’s an OG in the training game and is always continuing his education, he knows his stuff!! John Hall trains out of this gym too and he’s the best of the best (if you need to relieve pain/tension anywhere in your body, he’s your go to!!). Maria is a sweetheart and answers emails quickly. I always see Maria stretching people out and I hope to have her stretch me out one day. I hear nothing, but great things about her skills. If you can’t tell, I’d highly recommend this place, especially if you live in the south loop area.
