Great Planet Fitness! Excellent location on State Street. I was in town for a couple of days and I was so happy when I looked out my hotel window and there was a P.F. one block away! The staff at this location was very friendly, it was well equipped, and it was very clean. Also it had lots of windows with great light coming in and great city views!

Great location in the downtown loop. Very easy to get to off the red line. Very smart in how the floor plan is spaced. Never felt crammed and has everything you need. Always great having a PF close by when I travel.

I like it! Clean, spacious, and takes up the whole corner with ample amount of natural light which I think is the highlight of this gym. All the equipments are facing the window too so it has a nice view, especially with the Harold Washington Library. The TVs are nice, lockers are clean too. The hours were tricky but they have them on the door (took a photo!). Pretty convenient location, easily accessible via CTA/ bus, and some street parking available too. Definitely should check it out!

First impressions. First time walking in: No greeting at the front desk from Randall, the GM or Marz. Since I signed up online I mentioned that & said that I needed to get set up. This turned into a way too long interaction made even more annoying by their vibe. Eventually it was completed and Randall gave me a tour of the location and answered any questions I had. Because I wasn’t thrilled with this first interaction. I went to another location the few times I worked out but I signed up at this specific location for a reason (convenience) so I am not letting them ruin it for me. Went back the other day and Dajon was super friendly. Greetings upon arrival. Helpful signing up for the aqua massage, etc. Marz and Randall should probably take some pointers from him. The gym itsellf although small in comparison to other locations is well appointed. The shower is hot. The locker room clean.

This location is above and beyond the other Chicago locations. What stands out the most is the quality of the staff. They are friendly, informative, and courteous. The overnight staff are the best. The manager deserves a shout out for hiring such exceptional people. A special thanks to the two overnight staff that taught me about Rockbot. They made me feel hip and cool.
