Who doesn't love a nice slow burn? Enjoyed this event so much! Took a tour of the newly opened Hotworkx in the Warehouse District. Got the opportunity to get two great workouts in--I started off w| a core exercise and moved on to a Pilates class. Both 100+ temp but felt great to my body. I am certainly considering a permanent membership here!

This place is top notch, mostly staffless, but the folks that were there are very nice. easy in and out, very safe, surprisingly private and low key. The aerobic aspect and stripped down weights approach keeps costs down while heart rate stays up. Everyone should try this place at least for a month.

Yesterday was my first time at HOTWORX, and Markell made it an outstanding experience. I joined the free class, and from start to finish, he exceeded expectations. He answered every question with confidence and clarity, making me feel both at ease and informed. He made sure to ask about any concerns and made sure to tell us about the cool 90-day challenge, which turns calories into points! I have never been in to a sauna and was slightly afraid but his engaged, patient and friendly nature impressed myself and another client. He didn’t just explain the process—he jumped into the workout with us, easing our nerves about training. That kind of hands-on support is rare and invaluable.The studio was clean, and the workout definitely made me sweat! If you’re checking out this HOTWORX location, make sure to speak with Markell. He shows what great leadership looks like.

I had an absolute blast at Hotworx on St. Charles! The energy was amazing, and the workouts were intense in the best way. Big shoutout to Markell — hands down the best trainer ever! Super motivating, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience fun and empowering. Can’t wait to come back! 💪🔥

Hotworx has been a lifesaver for me. It's in a great location right near work, so there's no excuse not to go. The workouts are varied in type and length and you can definitely feel the burn. For being my first gym experience, it has been absolutely incredible. Rodney is also very welcoming and helpful with any issues or questions!
