Front staff is amazing. The locker room could use a lot of improvement. Missing locker room doors, sewer smells and there is always flies in the showers… a shampoo upgrade would be nice. You get that dollar liquid 7 in 1 shampoo in the showers; same one they have by the sinks. Gym floor is decent. A few equipment pads that need replaced. People put a towel over it but it feels like this needs to be taken care of especially for the price increase happening in March 2026. The classes always happen during work hours. No early morning or late evening classes for those working throughout the day. Might not be worth the price anymore.

This is my favorite gym because it has the outdoor rooftop workout with a covered awning and it’s usually open year round. It’s always clean, there are literally the nicest cleaners there every night doing thorough wipe downs and vacuuming and everything else. All the staff is really nice and I like that the saunas are in the locker rooms. Really good equipment and well upkept. The only downfall is they don’t have the protein shakes and smoothie bar with snacks like the Overland Park location does. Pls pls bring that hereeeee!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Everyone here is great, from the members to the all the staff. I had my first tour with Hailey, she was so knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. A smile never left her face the whole time with me. It made my decision to join so easy. I love being a member here so far and always being greeted a smile.

I traveled from SA Texas to my first Cheif's game and stayed next door from Cheif's Fit. I had to check it out and get my workouts in here during my stay. I walked in and immediately fell in love with the place. It was such an amazing gym and everyone was so welcoming, thank you Parker and Dana for a great experience, they were so great. And Cheif's beat the Ravens!!!!

I am visiting from Arizona and wanted to find a gym nearby while visiting. I came across this gym on Google, and I will have to say it is one of the nicest gyms I have ever been to, and I have been to many different gyms. For any visitors from out of town and would like a full gym vs. the hotel gym, give this gym a call and ask to see what they can work out for you. I called the gym, and Rachel, Sales Associate, picked up and was super friendly and helpful. She made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. When we met in person, she gave me a tour of the amenities offered at the gym. She took the time to explain how the gym works and how the Recovery Room work. I enjoyed the tour and saw they offer the newest technology like the Cryobuilt room or the Infared Cocoon Therapy room. All around amazing customer service. Michael, Senior Sales manager, took care of me and made sure I was able to use the gym with no issues. He walked me through the whole process and pointed out where everything was at and offered to answer any questions I may have, but everything had been working out! I was able to check in without any issues and get right to working out upstairs. Speaking about upstairs, they have an outdoor rooftop area for you to exercise and enjoy the rooftop view. The equipment is well maintained and operational! I did not see any ripped padding in equipment, and all the cable machines were fully operational! Do NOT believe the negative reviews. This is one of the best and nicest gyms I have ever been. There is a good variety of equipment to meet all your lifting needs. If you don't have a lock, it's not a problem. Their lockers have a built-in lock. You put your stuff in, set your combination that you can remember, close the door, lock, and turn the combo dial. Emmaline is the operations manager that went out of her way to greet me and just shows the type of leadership running this gym because every staff member has been friendly, accommodating, smiling, and all around down to earth people. Thank you, Rachel, Michael, and Emmaline, for the lasting impression you have made for my first time visiting KC. Keep being the good people you are! I will keep Chiefs Fit in mind on future visits! Additional notes: The gym is wheelchair accessible. They do have ramps to the entrance of the gym and elevators to get up each floor.
