The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and there is an adequate amount of equipment, all of which appears to be in working order. The gym itself is somewhat dated but functional. Unfortunately, the locker room is very poorly maintained. Today, four of the showers were not usable — one had no shower head, two would not turn on at all, and one had no hot water. This makes it difficult to use the facility as intended. I am glad to see that some upgrades are finally being made, but the locker room conditions need immediate attention. I’m very unsure as to why this gym is not at a lower level tear. There are most definitely nicer locations.

Been going to this Genesis for years, on top of it being a great gym, they have the best customer service and care about their members. My dad had a medical emergency one day while he was working out and the team helped ensure his safety, called the appropriate first responders, and were so kind. I will never forget how the Genesis team was there for my family!

Initially my visit was just to get a feel for the gym and see if it was a good fit for my schedule, but I walked out with a membership and what feels like a new community. The staff was welcoming and supportive, especially Parker and Monica. If you want a place where you can workout and meet your goals I feel like this is the place. It has its own vibe and feels like an enjoyable place to be. Want a workout room that feels like you’re in a 90s club? They’ve got it. Want a fresh delicious protein smoothie after your work out? They’ve got it. Want to swim some laps and punch a punching bag so you don’t punch your neighbor? They’ve got it. If you’ve read this far you might as well just go sign up 👍

By far, this is the worst gym I’ve ever been to. The equipment is worn out, the restrooms are filthy, and the old carpet throughout the locker room needs to go. The pool, sauna, and shower areas constantly look dirty and poorly maintained. I’ve been a paying member here for about six years and only continue coming because of the location. Honestly, I feel uncomfortable even taking my shoes off in the locker room because of the cleanliness issues. The staff has always been friendly, respectful, and professional, so I have nothing bad to say about them. In my opinion, the issue is management not putting enough money or attention into maintaining the facility. Every time I pay my yearly maintenance fee, I question what is actually being maintained. At this point, I honestly think it’s time for the health department to inspect this location. Respectfully, this club needs serious renovations and much better sanitation standards.

Jordan and Garrett were absolutely wonderful! They helped me & my boyfriend out so much. It was our first time here & it definitely won’t be our last. 10/10 recommend if you’re in the area & are looking for a friendly gym environment!!
