I’ve been going to this gym for a little over two years now and I absolutely love this gym! I started training with FEDE and my health overall has improved tremendously! I started at 135 pounds and I am now at 162 Pounds. I am way more leaner and it’s only been a month since I’ve started training, but my muscle mass is where I’m getting my weight from which was my goal to begin with. I would recommend Fede and this gym to anybody and everybody. I’ve gotten so many compliments in a month time span.

Gary, the main man! played a big role in motivating me to sign up! You can tell he genuinely cares about the gym and the people in it. He’s always encouraging and focused on making this a welcoming place, not just somewhere you work out and leave! 🤙🏼 down to earth! Definitely made Metro KC fitness my go-to gym ! Shoutout to Juan as well. Even though I kept dodging training at first (that one’s on me 😅), he was always professional, patient, and never pushy, which I really appreciated!!! He encouraged me to meet with another trainer that he thought was more suitable for me ! And Jessica, my current trainer—she’s honestly amazing. She listens, knows her stuff, and pushes me in a supportive way that never feels overwhelming. She makes showing up feel doable. What really stands out is the people here. It’s welcoming, not intimidating, and feels real. Highly recommend!

I am a new member at metro fitness kc downtown. I had a previous membership at genesis, i toured the gym downtown and was very surprised and pleased with the variety of weight machines and the twenty four access to the gym. I'm very happy to say that my satisfaction has been met and then some. I would highly recommend metro fitness kc to any , and all who has a desire for working out

Met with Gary this afternoon. I had called several weeks ago to learn more about this facility and the benefits of belonging to this 24-hour downtown Kansas City location after perusing the website several times. Gary remained committed to engaging with me to tour the facility. After several unsuccessful games of phone tag I finally toured the gym. It was small but featured well maintained equipment, clean locker room and workout space. If you asked me to sum it up in 2 words, they would be "intimate experience" I have belinged to local, national, and regional gyms. Each one has their own unique attributes, assets, and liabilities. I commend Gary for his tenacity. Following up with me just enough but not to inundate. To my utter amazement the gym had a pkeasant scent where most smell of sweat and must. Beneficial to my specific need this location is easily accessible via various public transit routes! Sorry folks I forgot to take photos

Only been a couple times but got a membership immediately after doing a day pass. Facility is very well kept and has plenty of equipment and options. All the staff I’ve interacted with are very friendly and helpful, especially Gary. And it’s incredibly affordable compared to other gyms I was looking at - and it’s an added plus that you can access it whenever you need to and you can access any of the facilities.
