The gym itself and the machines are good, and overall the equipment is well maintained. I also think sharing restrooms can be a good idea; however, there is one major issue that cannot be ignored: hygiene and cleanliness. The bathrooms are very dirty, and the showers are even worse. This is concerning, especially because there are people who are more sensitive to getting sick or developing infections. The condition of the showers in particular is unacceptable, as they are extremely dirty. I believe the gym really needs to put much more effort into cleaning and sanitation. Improving this would make a significant difference in the overall experience

This gym ranks in my top 5 in KC! The equipment is solid, especially now that they added the upstairs area. The owner Matt, the manager Cesar, and everyone at the gym are awesome. I love the community there. They do a lot of different events to bring the gym together. The gym has a great vibe. A mix of hardcore and modern. If you’re in KC, this is definitely a gym I’d recommend checking out!

We’ve had a great experience with this gym! My teen son works out here regularly, and it’s been amazing to see how much his strength, confidence, and discipline have improved. The environment is very welcoming and motivating, which makes it easy for him to stay consistent. The equipment is well-maintained, and the facility is clean and organized. It feels like a safe and positive place. I highly recommend this gym.

This gym has been such a great addition to my routine. It’s super close to my house, always clean, and the equipment is well-maintained. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always makes me feel welcome when I walk in. I love that it never feels too crowded and I can get my workout done without waiting around. The atmosphere is motivating, safe, and perfect for anyone—beginners all the way to experienced lifters. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to work out with good energy, this gym is definitely worth it.

Big fan of this gym! I go to the Downtown location as well since it is closer to where I live, but the Strawberry Hill location has so much more equipment. Few months ago, I decided to try their training program and got in contact with Lalo who's been amazing so far. I had previously been in the hospital, losing close to 15lbs in a week and over the course of about 3 months, I regained that weight back as well as my physique. I'd definitely recommend his services, super personable guy who will push you to reach your goal.
