Had a great time at The Foundation Westport location! Was greeted and thanked right when I walked in the door by Kody and Blaire. The machines were great and I even got to talk to them about how they’re bringing in new ones as well. I’m a bodybuilder competing in a show and would definitely go back for my training!!

I’ve had a great experience at The Foundation Westport! The recent upgrades and improvements have made the gym even better. The facility is always clean and well maintained. I’ve always valued a gym with 24/7 access, the sauna and unique equipment are just a bonus. The friendly and helpful staff create a welcoming atmosphere. Flexible memberships and affordable day rates make it a great option for anyone.

Fairly new to the gym and have nothing but great things to say! The staff is amazing, the facility is always clean, equipment is always available for me to use (not over crowded) and the sauna is an absolute bonus!

I absolutely adore this gym!!! I have been going for a little over a month now & the environment is so welcoming. The staff is always very friendly and make an effort to get to know you. It’s also in a prime location in westport, I could go on and on!!! The posing room is also a plus, and the smoothies are AMAZING!!! They often partner with small business & do pop ups workouts that I love! It feels like a 3rd place to me!
