I loved the location and how well kept the facility was. Ive never met such a friendly group of employees from coaches, to front desk, to the cleaners. The yoga is top of the line. The run classes will actually make you faster. Zach Sweeney (the assistant general manager I believe) in particular impressed me by being very accommodating, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

I was worried about signing up when I saw the rating but I’ve had a great experience. Yes, it’s pricey but the variety of classes and amenities make it worth it for me. Really love the yoga offerings. Just wish they had a pool.

Shoutout to the cleaning crew for keeping this gym spotless! Love the diversity in classes. Elese is amazing and special shoutout to Emma Leaker who is absolutely the new “go to” instructor. Her classes are fantastic, she gives great direction, all around five stars. Swapping to Le Labo for guest amenities was also a much needed upgrade.

Beautiful location, but the equipment is poorly maintained. Doing bench presses on a shaky bench is unacceptable—I don’t recommend it. The same issue applies to the seated calf raise machine. These problems are obvious and would require minimal effort to fix, which gives the impression that no one cares.

Equinox Austin delivers a high-end gym experience, and the amenities are a nice touch. Front desk is always friendly and kind to me, helping me with anything I need. The space looks great, good variety of gym equipment and the steam rooms are awesome What really makes the place, is the staff, the people that run the business. They genuinely care and work hard in the background to keep everything running smoothly. Huge shoutout to Angela, Mitchell, Victoria, and the facilities team, they are doing a great job and it shows.
