Life Time is simply the best gym I have ever been a member of. The facilities are absolutely top notch with state of the art equipment, a beautiful pool, great group fitness classes and so much more. Everything is always spotlessly clean and well maintained. The staff is welcoming, motivated and truly passionate about helping members reach their fitness goals. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, Life Time has everything you need under one roof. It is more than just a gym, it is a lifestyle. I could not imagine working out anywhere else.

I was visiting from Chicago and Lifetime Austin completely impressed me. The gym is spacious, clean, and full of great energy. What really stood out was the protein bar. Javony was so friendly and helpful, and he suggested a custom mocha smoothie that tasted exactly like Reese’s cups. It was delicious and the perfect way to wrap up my workout. His joy and genuine support turned a quick stop into one of the highlights of my day. If you come here, ask for Javony’s custom mocha. You will not be disappointed.

Coming from out of town as a member of five years I felt more welcomed and appreciated here then I ever did back at home. Not only was the gym amazing but I had the most amazing customer service from Jeremy! Great guy & good attitude. Life time needs more people like that !❤️

Had a heart experience at LifeTime Fitness Downtown this morning! The club was clean, equipment was perfect, and the staff was wonderful, especially the guy at the cafe! I had an açaí bliss smoothie while getting a little work done in the cafe on their free Wi-Fi. 5-5 stars - Would workout here.

Similar to the Austin Arboretum location, this appears to be a repurposed facility, likely inherited from a lower-tier gym brand. While the location near Whole Foods HQ downtown is convenient, the overall offerings feel worn and increasingly neglected. The staff is consistently helpful, but the physical space is overdue for a full refurbish. At its current state, the local upgrade isn’t justified. If you need a place to work out downtown, a well-equipped condo or corporate office gym would honestly be a better option. Hopefully Lifetime reinvests meaningfully in this location, because right now it’s falling short of their marketing and standards.
