I just signed up 2 days ago and my husband and I were appalled this morning. To start off the staff member working the front desk doesn't greet you and looks like she is annoyed to be there. No paper towels in any of the dispensers and they have signs posted on them that they are Out of order. Not to mention this gym is absolutely filthy and disgusting!!! Dust and dirt all over the floor and equipment as well as trash overflowing.

It's the worst Gym you could ever choose!!! by far I have 2 memberships , on for the LAfittness in mockingbird , and I start a new membership here at the 24 hours, and its my second time I have membership here, first time was when they open 4 years ago or so, and the only reason why I did it again, its behind my house so very easy. and I dont have to drive to town. now to be fair, the gym have it all, great machines, the actual gym is amazing, the management , a joke really. where are they? I went this am to look for manger, no one. a sleepy lady by the front desk, she LOL at me. the please is dirty , the bathrooms are dirty, half of them not working, no toilet paper , floor is dirty, some machines like the cable was broke for a week, no one care. and no open lockers , you ask why? because homeless keeping their belongings there over night, with a lock, yes the gym have a sign on, but that is a joke!!!! again, worst gym you could ever choose, they really need to clean it well, make sure people have their weights back obviously rocks, make sure people dont piss on the floor, and having sex in the bathrooms, its a shame for this gym.

I’m leaving 24fitness but wanted to say thanks to Key for all his hard work to try and upkeep this gym. I see him consistently working by himself all hours of the day with high energy, greeting everyone, walking the floor checking things, always looking to sell something lol the guy tries so hard. The gym is just falling apart, roof has been leaking and water all over the floors/machines for some time now. Cleaning has Improved drastically, but despite how much they clean it never feels clean because the building/machines and everything about this gym is soo old, moldy and outdated. Crunch opened up a few miles down the road and I watched a friend of mine quit mid work out , cancel and head to crunch. Hopefully it doesn’t shut them down but this place needs MAJOR REPAIRS. If you’re seeing this Key maybe you should go apply to Crunch or EOS, looks like 24 has no desire to reinvest in their business.

Whenever I travel, I look for a 24 Hour Fitness. I also look for two simple things: safety and cleanliness. Shouldn’t be too much to ask, right? I was visiting from out of town and needed to get my weights in. Ya'll know squats and deadlifts are on a schedule. What I didn’t know was that I should’ve packed a hazmat suit along with my gym shoes. I mean, I pay for a membership—not an archaeological dig site. I came in on a Sunday around 2 PM. The nice stuff (because I’m fair): Plenty of squat platforms (a pleasant surprise) Greeted at the door both in and out (hi and bye matter) Tons of parking Right off the freeway—easy in, easy out The surrounding area feels safe NOW, LET’S TALK REALITY: This place is filthy. I’m almost certain it's never been cleaned. Ever. Equipment is dilapidated, saggy plyometric boxes and somehow, even the weight plates are destroyed. Didn’t know that was possible? Me neither—until I came here. It honestly feels like this is the retirement home for all of 24 Hour Fitness’s old equipment. If you’ve ever wondered where gym gear goes to die, look no further. CLEANLINESS: nonexistent. MAINTENANCE: not a priority. WOULD I RETURN? You know it's bad when you think the hotel gym is better than the actual gym. "Bring back Covid cleanliness guidelines."

I’ll give them 5 stars because they are the only 24 hr gym in DFW that opens for 24 hours. I had been going to my previous 24 in Fort Worth on Horne for over 15 years. After moving to Dallas I went around to several and this has been my home gym for months and I’m quite happy. Like Kelly at Horne the manager here is great and is always present. Makes it feel like family. The bathrooms could be cleaner but that’s not entirely on them. Etiquette and cleanliness is something we could all partake in. Basketball level here is nice, but then again it’s Oak Cliff 💪🏽.
