Just signed up at Colaw Fitness and had an amazing experience! Ragen was incredibly polite, welcoming, and knowledgeable while giving me a full tour of the facilities and explaining all the benefits and amenities. The gym is super clean, motivating, and has everything you need to stay consistent with your fitness goals. Definitely made me feel comfortable and excited to start this new journey!

Our experience was amazing and Jonathan who signed me and my wife up was very well and kind and friendly. We are so happy that we are close by our home and that we are able to get a membership that’s Christian based.

Ricardo was alright lol jk amazing very professional giving a tour of the place. Very clean and not too packed so I was sold they earned a new member

Oh my god I love this place it's my second home all staff super friendly especially the manager always listening to all our questions and be on fixing things

Was a bit nervous to try a new gym but the guest service was great, very helpful and explains their pricing systems easily.
