Decided to sign up for a gym membership today and was greeted by Ragen. She’s kind and very patience, very smooth process. The vibe of the gym seems to be pretty chill. Very good vibe.

At the spur of the moment on a Thursday at 4:30 am I visited Colaw Fitness to check out the gym facility. As I entered the gym I was promptly greeted by Andrew and was given a tour on the spot! Andrew was very pleasant and answered all my questions. The gym was clean and smelled good which was one of the main deciding factors for me to join Colaw Fitness.

Ann Marie was so so so kind and would have given us a water bottle if she could! Just get ready for the best customer service of your life! And this place loves Jesus and serving others. Great place to start your health journey.

Ragen at the front desk is absolutely great! Friendly and super helpful. She had me signed up in less than 10 minutes and expkained everything throughly. Gym is awesome - super clean, organized and has a lot of amazing amenities.
