This is a great gym I’ve been with them for five years rotate between the Lakewood location and Uptown. The staff is great. Gym is always clean. Music selection is better than most.

Top-notch! The facility is clean, well-equipped, and has a great atmosphere for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, they have everything you need, from high-quality machines (Arsenal / Rogue) to free weights, heavy kettlebells (my favorite up to 123lbs KB’s) and functional training areas. Brian and Kelly have put together an amazing staff and trainers who are knowledgeable, approachable, and always ready to help. If you’re looking for a gym that combines great equipment, expert guidance, and an encouraging community, Paradigm Highland Park is your place! Highly recommend!

The trainers here actually pay attention to posture and breathing instead of only counting repetitions. That made a huge difference for me during strength training. I also like the natural lighting near the cardio section because it makes morning workouts feel less tiring and more refreshing overall.

This gym is gorgeous. Has all the equipment you could ever dream of. I feel as if it’s a hidden gem!! They also have a dry sauna in the women’s room & a great support staff.

The staff is super friendly and always willing to help, whether you’re new to fitness or a regular. The equipment is top-notch, and there’s plenty of space. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to level up their fitness!
