It is a very nice gym. It has everything you need, Nice lap pool and a sauna. If it wasn't for the racist offensive music that is always mentioning the N word and more offensive curse terms I would have given it 5 stars. I paid for a whole year in advance and got a nice discount, but next time a sign up at a gym I will ask what music they play first. Other than that it is a great place to come workout.

I love this gym and how much equipment they have. I never feel like I'm waiting on others to finish to watching for my next machine. Locker rooms are huge and the automatic locks are super convenient. Staff is super friendly. Only point off is for how HOT it is by the weights especially in the evenings. I don't know if this is intentional, but no reason to have a sauna when the gym is a sauna itself (lol). Literally my only complaint which I know can or should be fixed soon hopefully.

Great gym. Facilities are well maintained and equipment is fairly new. They’re good about fixing equipment timely. In the cable section, there’s an abundance of attachments, so you’ll never have to hunt for a rope attachment for tricep extensions. There’s a dry sauna and pool in the back. It can get a little crazy after new years, but dies back down after a month or two. Overall, it’s a great gym. You pay a little more than an LA Fitness but you also get more.

Cowboys Fit East Dallas has given me the best overall gym experience I’ve had since moving to Dallas. When I first joined, Devin helped me get set up and made the whole process easy. The equipment is top quality, and the gym’s layout is spacious enough that I can always get a full workout in—even during the busiest hours… although I wish there could be extended hours (earlier opening esp. on weekends) Recently, I started my HYROX journey and began training with Bernie, and I couldn’t be more grateful. She’s incredibly passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping every athlete succeed. I’ve watched her build an amazing community of members of all ages and skill levels. Each week, the group continues to grow, and I’ve seen real improvements in my own fitness thanks to her coaching and energy. If you’re looking for a gym that combines great facilities, a welcoming community, and trainers who truly care, Cowboys Fit East Dallas is the place to be.

Used to be such a great gym. Now things are constantly broken….still waiting to be repaired. Guys it’s bad. All 3 fly machines are currently broken. Do not join this gym if you want equipment that is fixed within a reasonable time! This gym has become more like an LA/24hr fitness. (10/20/25) Guys, 2/3 fly machines are still broken. See my last pic lol. Still an issue since I first left review 🥹. (06/22/26) why am I still here lol. First fly machine is still broken (has been since my first review eight months ago). The other 2 fly machines are also now broken (so there is not a fly machine operating correctly in here). Along with random cables in the middle. The cables are sticking and just need to be changed out. This has been the vibe here for weeks, the cables just hangin here laying on the floor. How does a worker not notice that?? I added 2 pics. Couldn’t post while at gym bc don’t get me started on the WiFi lol.
