Absolutely sensational! First time going to a EōS gym, and my experience is great so far from now. The staff are always friendly and helpful; the environment is very welcoming and atmosphere is just fresh much better than expected. The gym is treated with such care that it feels luxurious, im ever so happy! The best part it is very close to my residence so it’s like having my own home gym!

I have been an EōS Fitness member since last year, originally joining the Fort Worth location. After moving to Dallas, I started attending the Ferguson Road location because it was the only EōS gym available near my new home. From my very first visit, I explained my situation to the front desk staff. They told me there would be no problem using this location and that a formal transfer was optional. Based on that information, I worked out at this gym for more than 40 days without any issues. Recently, I was one day late paying my monthly fee and was charged additional fees, effectively paying about twice my normal monthly payment. I paid it without complaint and continued attending the gym. However, only days later, I was suddenly denied entry and told that I either had to upgrade my membership to a more expensive plan or pay $50 to transfer locations. What disappointed me most is that none of these requirements were explained when I first started using this gym. I was allowed to attend for over a month, charged additional fees on my account, and only afterward informed that I could not continue using the facility under my current membership. Unfortunately, my experience at this location has also been less positive than at the Fort Worth gym. The facility has fewer machines, more crowding, equipment that appears to be in poorer condition, and a lower level of cleanliness. I expected clearer communication and more consistent customer service. This experience has been very frustrating.

Loving the vibes here at this newer EoS. Special thanks to Jonny for the tour and if I weren’t already a member I’d join because of him! While my wife and I are in Texas this is our new home gym. Thanks again Jonny!

I’ve been coming to this gym for a while now and overall I’m really impressed. The equipment is well-maintained and there’s a good variety, so I never feel stuck doing the same routine. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the environment feels welcoming whether you’re a beginner or more experienced. It can get a bit busy during peak hours, but that’s expected for a good gym. The cleanliness is also a big plus—everything is usually tidy and sanitized. Definitely a great place to stay consistent and work on your fitness goals.

I need to speak to someone ASAP about the rude manager who lied about getting back with me regarding some important information on May 2025… He just told me rudely (10/06/2025 @ 6:50 PM) that I can get out of his establishment…He handled that situation terribly wrong and very unprofessionally after he was the one I spoke with originally about the issue (that occurred at that specific location…)
