Man! I’m grateful to have stumbled upon this gym. The community is welcoming and encouraging. The trainers and staff members are sincere. And Sharif is a great leader and person. The training sessions are elite. They are designed with the purpose of developing athletes, not just weight lifting. I tried numerous gyms, but none like this.

This is the BEST gym in Dallas. The workouts will transform your body with consistency. They are formulated so intentionally and creatively. I never knew my body could do the things evolve pushes me to do. Everyone who attends is athlete built so it makes you feel like one to. All the coaches are excellent, so well informed and trained. They care about their community I really love this gym. I just need them to be everywhere! Love love love this gym

I took the Wednesday metcon class with Madison and she was amazing!! She was very encouraging and knew the whole class by name. I’m usually a solo workout person and normally don’t enjoy workout classes but this was definitely the exception since it was well-paced, vibes were amazing, and movement was super fun

I’ve working out at EVOLVE for about one year I take the lower body and athletic conditioning classes. Sharif the owner is super scientific and precise with the workout routines. The moves you do are not random, the evidence is the strength I’ve built in the last year. I can squat heavier and deeper than ever before. Highly recommend. Make sure you load up on carbs/ caffeine beforehand you’ll need it. Also most people there are clearly very fit but everyone is super supportive and nice great way to meet new people.

BEST GYM IN DALLAS!!! Owner Sharif will take your workout to a whole new level. I’ve never been in better shape in my life! I’ve been going to Evolve since the gym opened three years ago and will be a lifetime member. It’s the real deal! Gym is sanitized and clean! Outdoor workouts are challenging! Staff is like family! No judgement for new comers, everyone is so nice and welcoming!
