I joined enduraLAB's Longevity family in August 2025 and I love it. The owner/coach is extremely knowledgeable and the fellow Longevity members are warm and welcoming. I've worked out off and on most of my adult life, most recently did crossfit for close to 3 years, but appreciate a fitness program geared towards the stage of life I'm currently in.

Great class! The coach gave excellent feedback on my form throughout the session, pointing out small adjustments that made a big difference in how effective the exercises felt. The group’s encouragement created such a positive energy that it pushed me to keep going even when I wanted to slow down. I left feeling stronger and more confident in my technique. How did today's class challenge you? Two “simple” exercises quickly turned into a serious kick in the butt workout that left me sweating and feeling accomplished. The session started with great initial stretching that really loosened up my muscles and prepared my body for what was coming. The coach was right there, carefully coaching my form - correcting my posture and guiding each movement to make sure I was doing the exercises safely and effectively. And the best part? We had everything wrapped up by 7am, so I walked out feeling energized without it taking over my day. This first session at EnduraLAB - Gym in Fort Worth, TX won’t be my last. Great today!

EnduraLab has been one of the most consistent positive forces in my routine this year. I’ve checked in over 50 times in the past few months, and that alone says something about the environment. The coaching is intentional, the programming is structured, and the accountability is real. I’ve gotten noticeably stronger in my lifts, and the community pushes you without the ego you find in a lot of gyms. It’s challenging, but it’s sustainable.
