Absolutely amazing gym! I can’t say enough great things about Coach B and Kris. They genuinely care about their clients and create training programs that are customized to your specific goals. Coach B helped me prepare for my first bodybuilding competition, and I ended up placing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in different categories. That speaks volumes about the quality of his coaching and programming. The results speak for themselves! The gym environment is motivating, the coaching is top-notch, and the support is incredible. If you’re serious about transforming your body and achieving your fitness goals, this is the place to be. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had an awesome experience at The Lab today! Brian and her wife Kris were super welcoming and let me join a workout with my sis in law, which I really appreciated. The vibe of the place is great, and you can tell right away how experienced he is as a coach. Also, shoutout to his wife for being so kind and attentive made me feel right at home. Definitely a 5-star experience! 💪

Coach Kris offers the perfect blend of motivation, expertise, and partnership to help you achieve lasting results. My focus was on strength and consistency, and Kris was a true partner in that journey. There’s a great mix of art and science in how she designs workouts—combining strength and cardio in a way that’s challenging yet sustainable. Both Coach Brian and Coach Kris know their clients, how to push them, and what they’re working toward. It’s truly boutique, concierge-style training with a relaxed, supportive atmosphere. You gain not only physical strength but also knowledge and confidence to continue progressing. I’d highly recommend The Performance Lab and Coach Kris to anyone, especially busy professionals. Their early-morning sessions are focused, efficient, and the perfect start to the day—training both body and mind.

I had an incredible 28-minute HIIT session at The LAB yesterday with Kristin. It was one of the most motivating, well-structured workouts I’ve done—short, intense, and completely personalized. Kristin struck the perfect balance of professional and encouraging, and the atmosphere was welcoming and focused. The people there are serious about working out but not the “mirror-gazing” or boisterous type—just genuine, driven individuals. The whole experience felt professional, friendly, and energizing. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient, high-quality workout.

The lab has been my favorite gym ever. Brian and Kris are the kindest people ever and really just want to make you better and help you achieve your goals! The gym is always clean and everyone I encountered was so nice. Truly the most welcoming environment and I have loved it here!!! Couldn’t recommend more.
