Personal training with Matty is awesome. He not only takes care of 76 Year olds but even my 46-year-old son J Brooks. I Hit my first bucket of balls yesterday and went down at full club maybe a club and a half in distance. I have noticed improvement in moving and I have better balance.

I was in Ft Worth for the whole month of January. I signed up for a full month of training with Ft Worth Strong, 5 days per week, and I saw amazing results. I've been weight training for a couple of years now, but never had professional training. After returning home, I continued with what I learned and still continue to see results. The staff are very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very professional. If you're looking to up your fitness game, look no further!

I’ve wanted to join a gym for a long time but always struggled with discipline and consistency. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I’ve been training with Nick Hight for a few months now, and it’s been an awesome experience. He keeps me accountable, motivated, and actually enjoying the process. This gym completely changed how I feel about working out—highly recommend.

I took private training sessions with Kyleigh for three months while I was in Ft Worth temporarily. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her - our personalities "meshed" really well, but she was also very knowledgeable and made sure to point out form adjustments or other corrections to mitigate any injuries (and to help me get more out of the exercises). I've been to other trainers that seemed disengaged and didn't pay attention to form so I definitely appreciated Kyleigh's attentiveness. She was also very motivating and encouraging - it felt like she was genuinely excited for me when I hit milestones and pushed myself. Over three months/two sessions per week, I was able to gain over 2 lb of muscle mass and dropped almost 4% body fat, but most importantly (to me, anyway), my overall strength and mobility improved significantly for day-to-day activities. I feel so much better now from when I first started working out at FWS. I hope I can return the next time I'm in town!

Met Nick and Kyle while working on a suite below them, the sound of weights hitting the floor peaked my interest and so glad I did. Nick has a beautiful gym that is set up for such a wide variety of goals that you just can't miss with these guys. Whether you are looking for strength training, fitness, body recompostion, or D all of the above they have a coach to meet your needs and desires. Super knowledgeable and partakers of their own medicine, I truly believe they are worth the look if you are pursuing any type of fitness goal. They also provide nutrition coaching as well! Stop in and check them out and finally conquer those dreams of a new body and healthy lifestyle!
