Lifetime Club is a welcoming and a generous gym they give you more than enough amenities for the guests and members here. The front desk members are welcoming every time I come in they say hi every time I leave they say have a nice night my favorite front desk employees are Carisa, Mark, Marcus, Ethan, Cameron, Desiree, and Virginia. I would 100% recommend coming to this gym and even getting a tour. The person in the photo is Ethan.

I rarely ever write reviews, but this gym definitely deserves one specifically this location. I’m a Life Time member across multiple locations and the experience and welcome that I get here every single time without fail they are so pleasant at the front desk. I want to give a special shout out to Desiree the manager who will go above and beyond to address any concerns or be helpful in any way she’s always so pleasant and what makes coming to Greenway so special despite having hundreds of members, it feels like a personal experience where they greet you by your name going in and leaving. The gym is always clean, and even during the busy times parking is never an issue like it is at most gyms.

We joined this location about two weeks ago and were impressed during the initial tour. Amenities like the stretching area, massage chairs, and massage guns were highlighted as part of the experience. However, after joining, we learned that several of these features are only accessible if you book and pay for a stretch session with a provider. That was not clearly communicated during the tour. We also attempted to use the pool equipment (floats, noodles, kickboards), and were told by staff that those are restricted to class use only. Other Life Time locations we’ve visited allow general access to pool equipment, so this was unexpected. At nearly $500 per month, we anticipated a more transparent explanation of what is included versus what requires additional payment. The facility is clean and staff from childcare were great, but the number of restrictions has been disappointing. Very disappointed by this experience on just my second visit to this location

I’ve had a consistently great experience at Life Time Greenway, and a big part of that is thanks to Desiree, the front desk manager. She does an excellent job leading the team and setting a welcoming tone from the moment you walk in. Desiree is always professional, approachable, and clearly dedicated to making sure members feel valued and taken care of. The front desk staff as a whole deserves recognition as well. They are consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to assist with any questions or requests. Whether it’s checking in, helping with account details, or just offering a warm greeting, their promptness and positive attitude really stand out. Overall, the level of service at the front desk makes a strong first impression every visit, and it’s clear that Desiree’s leadership plays a key role in that. Highly appreciated!

I have been a member at Lifetime Greenway for about a year and a half and it’s the best gym I’ve ever had. All of the services are great, the pools, saunas and locker rooms are always clean and well serviced. Our customer service manager, Desiree has been so helpful to me and she’s always willing to help everyone. She always goes out of her way to address any questions or issues I may have…the BEST! So lucky to have this Lifetime!!!
