⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Training Experience at Mean Green Gym Training at Mean Green Gym with Coach Chris Green and his staff has been an outstanding experience. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable about the body, movement, and proper strength training techniques. The small group format feels like personalized training, because the coaches pay close attention to each person’s form, progress, and limitations to help prevent injury. I really enjoy the pacing and structure of the classes. Each session includes targeted exercises with enough variety to keep workouts engaging and challenging. I’ve learned proper weightlifting techniques and gained a better understanding of my personal strengths and areas for improvement. I also appreciate how cardio is incorporated into the strength training, creating a balanced and effective workout. Strength training is especially important for women as we age, and this program does a great job emphasizing that. The results have been incredible—I’ve lost 8 pounds and several inches in just three weeks while building strength and confidence. I highly recommend Mean Green Gym to anyone looking for knowledgeable coaches, effective workouts, and real results. 💪

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Never miss a Monday! Today’s HIIT class at MeanGreen with Chris was exactly what I needed to start the week strong. The workout was intense, challenging, and left me completely exhausted — in the best way possible. Chris brings great energy and keeps everyone motivated from start to finish. If you’re looking for a solid, no-excuses workout that pushes you to your limits, I highly recommend Mean Green Training Camp. 💪🔥

Mean Green Gym in 3rd Ward has very flexible hours (early morning classes, some midday classes and evening classes). The family vibe here is awesome. Coach Chris, Coach Cristian, and Coach Jada are amazing. They push you, but they also care. Importantly, they make the necessary modifications for any physical limitations. Highly recommend!!

Cristian was very motivating and helpful throughout my workout at Mean Green Gym (3rd Ward). He paid close attention to my form, making corrections when needed to ensure I was doing each exercise safely and effectively. At the same time, he pushed me to lift heavier weights, encouraging me to challenge myself beyond what I thought was possible. That balance of support and challenge made the session feel productive and energizing. It wasn’t just about going through the motions - Cristian’s guidance kept me focused and determined the entire time.

Chris and all of his staff are tremendous dedicated passionate trainers very professional and comfortable vibes here! Definitely check them out! This location is still growing lock in now! They have cold plungers and a machine that tells you all of your body fat you receive when you do the tour! Let’s goo proud of you Chris great gym!
