Visited twice from Vegas. Gym was very welcoming. Has great equipment. The owner remembered me from the last visit and gave me a free day pass. All in all great experience would recommend and always coming back when I’m in Houston

Literally the best local gym in Houston in my honest opinion! The staff and trainers are fantastic and so personable. It had everything equipment wise that I needed. The thing that sets this gym apart from all the rest is the fact that the people made me feel right at home and they were so welcoming. If you’re looking for your next gym, this is the one.

This is genuinely one of my favorite gyms. It has hard-working vibes with top tier equipment for all of your needed exercises. The staff was super welcoming and helpful, willing to give tips and have sincere conversations. The staff member named Noah helped me get set up and he was extremely helpful and super cool. If you want to sweat and put some hard work in while enjoying your lift, this is the place for you.

Best gym in town, great ownership, friendly staff and family like member experience. Loved it so much I decided to run my business from it. Thank You, Oak Family. I also love their Keiser Equipment. They are always adding new equipment also

I’ve been lifting for over 10 years but only after join the oak family that I really saw a huge difference in my physique. The staff is always friendly and we don’t have weirdos staring at us (I’m a girl). I’ve been working out there for the past 2 years and I’ve learned some dope things about nutrition that made all the difference (they have a program)
