Second time here and I love it. I’ve only done the Saturday bootcamp sessions (which are free) but it’s true workout with a great coach and community who are all driven

I come to the Full Body Fridays, and they are everything and more! 💪 It’s self-paced, but everyone in there is grinding for their gains. The atmosphere is super welcoming, and the coaches are knowledgeable, always making sure your form is on point to prevent injury. And let’s not forget, the music is lit! 🔥 I love a good gym session where I don’t even need my headphones because the playlist keeps me motivated the whole time.

My first time here and it was very personable! I was taught where I lacked and everyone was friendly. It’s near inner city so the drive was only 9 mins away! I highly recommend this place ! I want to come Morr!

Excellent boot camp class. I went to a Saturday morning boot camp class at 10:30. Definitely worth it. The coaches were Whitney and Steven they werevery motivating. Always pushing you encouraging you making sure you’re OK. certain workouts I wasn’t able to do. They modified the workout for me. Definitely recommend if you’re a beginner or someone who’s trying to get back into shape. They had various levels of workouts from beginner, friendly, intermediate and advanced something for everyone.

I took my first bricks class on a Thursday night. It was fun and intense with high energy from the instructor. I will be back and will bring a friend.
