Maritza and Jalen are the best, this is the best gym I’ve ever been to and it’s affordable. One of my favorite features is the Babe Cave, a women’s only workout room for privacy for women. There’s more than enough equipment, they have trainers available to assist with machines and they also have a day care, a sauna, massage machines, a tanning room, a movie theatre for the treadmills and stair masters, and showers. The facility is always clean, they’re open 24 hours and they offer energy drinks. I love how they have mirrors and some rooms are dark for providing privacy. This is also the best location (my opinion) they have other locations in Mesquite and Richardson but this one is my favorite due to how spacious it is and how much equipment is available. I love them!! 💞🩷🥹

I have to say, Amped Fitness has been the best gym experience I’ve ever had. In the past, I’ve dealt with poor customer service and unclean facilities at other gyms, but from the moment I joined Amped Fitness in worth Heights and met Rebeca ,everything changed. Rebeca consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the gym is spotless, well-organized, and that the staff is attentive and ready to help whenever needed. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication create an environment that truly stands out. Because of Rebeca and the exceptional team here, I genuinely enjoy coming to the gym and will continue recommending Amped Fitness to my friends and family. Thank you, Rebeca — and thank you, Amped Fitness, for running such a fantastic operation.

Maritza at the Grand Plaza location is very kind. Always - always has a welcoming smile on her face and very outgoing. As a previous gym owner & AMP member at this club, I continue to noticed her engagement with other members. She always makes sure to look at new members profile and let them know what their next steps are. Definitely someone worth considering for a higher AMP fitness position(before I steal her for my new facility). - zuz

I never write reviews but I will for this gym. I’ve been coming for a few weeks now and every time it’s better than before, I have yet to try to recovery things (cold plunge, sauna, massage chairs) but that is on my list to try out. The weights are awesome plenty of variety with more squat racks than you need! Huge facility so plenty of space. Oh and the staff is super friendly and helpful with whatever you’re needing. And I’m sure I’m forgetting a lot of other really cool things about this gym! Come join!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Chris for being an outstanding gym employee. From day one, he has been welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping members succeed. He takes the time to answer questions, explains things clearly, and always brings a positive attitude that makes the gym a motivating place to be. Chris goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported, whether you are new to the gym or have been training for years. His professionalism and energy truly set the standard for great customer service. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a clean, well run facility with staff who actually care about their members. Having employees like Chris makes a real difference, and it is one of the main reasons I enjoy coming here.
