Athena is quite literally my home away from home! I’ve been a member since they opened in January 2024 and have consistently been working out since then. I’ve never felt more comfortable and more at peace while working out. The staff are all extremely nice and always willing to help! They have created a safe environment for women and built a community filled with so much positivity. The friendships built along the way are definitely the cherry on top! I LOVE IT HERE!

Athena has truly changed my life ! 🥹 I had gone to so many gyms before but never really felt comfortable and ended up quitting. I started at Athena a few months ago and my experience has really been amazing. I have seen progress little by little and my trainer Angel is the best and has helped me in so many more ways than she knows. She truly cares for all her girls and pushes us to be better every time. The community at the gym is unmatched and the girls here are amazing and cheer you on as well. I am so much more confident now and comfortable being at an all women’s gym where I really feel supported. I love this place and I’m so glad I made the decision to start here !

Joining Athena is by far the best decision I’ve made for my health this year. When I started, I had certain goals in mind, and my trainer, Angel, has been instrumental in my journey. She not only has helped me hit new personal bests; her patience in teaching me new exercises and her constant encouragement have made me feel confident and actually excited to come to the gym. I’m doing things now that used to feel completely out of reach. Angel is truly a gem of a trainer, and her support is my favorite thing about Athena! 🥹 The entire community here is so encouraging and supportive. Athena has truly changed my life! 🫶

I joined Athena Fitness about two months ago and have had an amazing experience. When I first started, I didn’t know much about fitness, nutrition, or how to properly work out. My coach, Angel, has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She created a meal plan that works for me, taught me proper exercise techniques, and made the entire process easy to understand and follow. In just two months, I’ve learned so much and have already started seeing results. The personalized guidance, meal planning, and proper training techniques have helped me build healthier habits and stay consistent. I highly recommend Athena Fitness to anyone looking to start their fitness journey! 😊

It’s officially been 1 year since I joined this incredible community of women. What I expected to be “just a gym” quickly became my home away from home. Yes, I’ve made physical progress, but the friendships, support, and sense of belonging I’ve gained here mean so much more. The women at Athena are what truly make it such a special and safe space!
