LOVE this gym. Better equipment, cleaner, culture and vibes are on point. Price point isn't outrageous for the value given. Would definitely recommend anyone to join.

The gym is consistently clean, well organized, and has an energetic atmosphere that makes you actually want to train. What stands out most is the staff and leadership EOS! The team is welcoming, attentive, and clearly takes pride in creating a positive environment for members. It’s obvious that there’s strong management behind the scenes keeping things running smoothly. The equipment selection is excellent, the space is well maintained, and the overall culture encourages people at every level of fitness to show up and do their best. Whether you’re new to the gym or someone who trains seriously, this location does a great job of creating a place where people feel comfortable and motivated. Highly recommend. You’ll be hooked!

I came in Feb. 18th just the other day interested in purchasing a membership; I asked for any promotional offers available. Fortunately, I was informed that there was offers available. In a rush, I had accepted assuming I could lower the start-up fee. It turned out to instead be a bundle making me pay $450 total for a trainer program. I came back the next day, an hour earlier, to fix my mistake. While addressing the cancellation, they were seemingly upset that I wanted to cancel. I informed them that I didn't want to be trained, and I wanted to cancel the contract which is within my right in a 3-day window. Instead of convincing me to stay contracted with a trainer, they challenged my ideas and the tone of the interaction shifted noticeably, becoming more tense. They told me, "You shouldn’t sign up for something you don’t want." Which I completely understand, that's why I'm back the next day to fix my mistake. They argued that I should follow a trainer’s program instead of working out with my friend, making it clear that opting out of training was not well-received. If you want a gym that has employees that are respectful to the customer's wishes, I advise you to get a membership at a different EōS, as this doesn’t appear to be an isolated incident. Not even Planet Fitness’ staff was this disrespectful.

I’ve been coming to this gym for years, and the daycare staff are a huge reason why. Esmeralda, Jonell, and Brooklyn are absolutely wonderful. They are kind, attentive, and truly make the experience special for the kids and parents. My daughter Luna especially loves seeing them when we come in. Brooklyn does such a great job engaging with her and encouraging her to play, which I really appreciate as a parent. It means a lot to know she’s cared for and having fun while I work out. Esmeralda, Jonell, and Brooklyn really make the daycare at EOS stand out. Luna lights up when she sees them, and they make the whole place worth it for our family.

Amending 11/29 it’s annoying how many things are broken here. Today both rowers, at least 2 elliptical, pec fly/ rear delt machine, row machine, ab machine, massage chairs and men’s sauna. There are locker room locks I spoke to the Area Operations Manager months ago that are still broken and no one can put a lock on. Nice staff but not good at maintaining this place. I really like everything that this gym has to offer. Great selection of equipment. Nice employees as well.
